Production Policy

All custom orders are finalized once complete order details and full payment are received.
Production timelines begin upon confirmation. Incomplete information will delay processing.

Production & Turnaround Time

Standard production turnaround time is up to 3 weeks, beginning after payment and final approval.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order size, materials, or production volume.

Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are permitted.

 

Custom Project Consultation – $25

Covers design discussion, project feasibility, and pricing guidance

Required before custom production begins.

Consultation fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your project total.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production or revisions begin.

Revisions

Each custom order includes 2 revisions prior to production.

Additional revisions are $25 each.

Revisions must remain within the original approved design.

Production & Scope Changes

Once production begins, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

Client Responsibility

Delays in approvals, artwork, or confirmations can impact production timelines.

The business is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses.

Shipping

We do not control carrier shipping speeds or delays once orders are shipped.

Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other external factors are not the responsibility of the business.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if terms are not respected.

Refunds

Due to the nature of this business, refunds are not accepted.
