Refund policy

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once in production or shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color preference.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for review.

Refunds or replacements are issued only if approved after verification.

Shipping delays, carrier issues, and incorrect address submissions are not eligible for refunds.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
